With so many different choices, our designers can help you select the perfect shade for your space. We have recently updated our screens to utilize a newly engineered system that is perfect to withstand the strong desert winds and blazing heat of the sun.
Our Fortress Shades come with motorized controls. All shade systems include a metal bottom bar with leveling to provide stability. All corner edges are glued, welded, and sewn for reinforcement. All materials are made in the USA.

Keder Contained Track System
Our Fortress Utlra Shade System provides excellent protection against the intense sunlight and heat as well as protection against the wind. This Contained Track System (also known as a Keder System) is an all-aluminum constructed track. Because of our extreme heat here in the Valley, plastic parts will wear over time. Our system is built for longevity. This track system prevents sunlight or wind gaps.
Keder consists of two parts: a core and fabric. The core is made from extruded elastic material to allow flexibility. The core is then wrapped in Keder fabric, which has exposed fibers on the outside to allow the Keder to easily slide into an extrusion with a luff groove – Keder track.
